Words Beyond Borders International Literature Festival (WBBILF) is a unique international literary gathering that celebrates diplomats who have contributed to literature through their writings—whether in diplomacy, fiction, poetry, memoir, or other forms of creative and intellectual expression.

The inaugural edition of the festival will be held from 25-27, October 2026 in Neemrana, Rajasthan, INDIA.

Conceived as a platform where diplomacy meets literature, WBBILF aims to highlight the role of diplomat–authors in fostering dialogue, cultural understanding, and reflection on global issues through the written word.

Join us as we delve into Words Beyond Borders International Literature Festival (WBBILF) a unique international literary gathering that celebrates diplomats who have contributed to literature through their writings—whether in diplomacy, fiction, poetry, memoir, or other forms of creative and intellectual expression.

This year festival will take place in Neemrana, a historic town in Rajasthan, INDIA known for its heritage architecture and cultural atmosphere.

The event will be hosted in collaboration with Raffles University and Neemrana Fort Palace, with participation from approximately 4,500 students, ensuring dynamic youth involvement, vibrant cultural exchange, and strong academic engagement throughout the festival.

Diplomats occupy a very unique vantage point in the world. Through their work they observe societies, cultures, conflicts and cooperation across nations. Many diplomats translate these experiences into literature—producing memoirs, novels, poetry, essays, reflections on international relations and human society.
